Game of My Life: Cork's Greatest Footballers

This unique publication is one of a family of books titled ‘Game of my Life’ which are being published in every county in Ireland – offering a magnificent oral history of over 60 years of success and failure on the football and hurling fields within each county.

The Cork football edition includes first person testimonials from many of the stars of the All-Ireland winning stars of 1973, and 1989 and 90, and 2010, and especially the 1973 All-Ireland winning team that claimed an historic Sam Maguire Cup after almost a 30 years’ wait– aswell as household names who played with the county throughout the last 60 years but failed to ultimately taste All-Ireland glory.
