ROI Women: A Biography in NINE Lives

This is the story of nine lives. It is also the story of one team. One shirt. And the story of the women who wore the green of Ireland over the last half a century.

The story starts with a team fighting for its right to love and play the game of football, and receive the respect and recognition which is that team’s due. And the story ends with Ireland competing, in the summer of 2023, in the World Cup finals for the first time.
